Work examples
Installation of a fuel control system on a stationary diesel facility - a trailer concrete pump
Equipment to be installed:
- high-precision GPS/GSM tracker "SOKIL-TRACK" of our production,
- fuel consumption sensor.
Initial tasks-
CONTROL:
- Fuel consumption directly during concrete pumping,
- real-time location,
- idle time of the equipment,
- concrete pump operating time.
The installation time of the equipment is 180 minutes.
Installation of GPS on a KAMAZ concrete mixer
Equipment to be installed:
- high-precision GPS/GSM tracker "SOKIL-TRACK" of our production,
- digital fuel level sensor.
Initial tasks -
CONTROL:
- placement of the concrete mixer,
- routes of its movement;
- time and number of entries/exits to/from the construction site,
- control and optimisation of the operation of particular mechanisms of special equipment (mixer rotation),
- fuel consumption by the fuel level sensor (refuelling, possible drains),
- engine hours counter.
The installation time of the equipment on this vehicle is 180 minutes.
Installation of a complete set of equipment for the vehicle monitoring and control system on a Mersedes Benz Actros 1845 truck
Equipment to be installed:
- high-precision GPS/GSM tracker SOKIL-TRACK manufactured by our company,
- 2 digital fuel level sensors for 2 unmated tanks.
Initial tasks-
CONTROL:
- Real-time location, mileage, parking, visits to checkpoints, compliance with the speed limit of the client's vehicles engaged in international freight transport;
- fuel level (refuelling, possible drains),
- fuel consumption accounting.
The installation time for the equipment on this vehicle is 4 hours and 30 minutes.
Reconnecting and relocating the equipment of the vehicle fleet monitoring and management system to our service
Completed work:
- Reconnecting and relocating of third-party GPS/GSM trackers that were previously installed on the Customer's vehicles to our service
- Installation of three GPS/GSM trackers of our own production (due to the unsuitability of some third-party trackers for further operation).
Procedure for tank recalibration and providing of fuel control and vehicle fleet management equipment to our service Completed work:
Completed work:
- recalibration of the tank,
- providing our service for GPS/GSM trackers complete with a third-party fuel level sensor, which were previously installed on the Customer's vehicles.
The need for recalibration arose due to a less accurate initial calibration procedure and significant errors in the operation of the sensors.
Result:
- No significant errors in the volume of refuelling/draining;
- correct fuel control.
